Are prices published online?
No. Pricing depends on the selected construction, quantity, customization and current material costs. We quote each project directly.
Which specification is final?
The quotation, approved sample and confirmed order specification take precedence. Website and brochure images illustrate available directions rather than a binding specification.
Can you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas or another agreed inspection provider can be coordinated when required, with scope and cost confirmed for the project.
Do the rackets carry FIP certification?
Certification is not presented as a standard claim. If a project requires specific ball or racket compliance, it must be confirmed during supplier selection and quotation.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
We coordinate evidence review and discuss replenishment, repair or compensation case by case. The claim window, evidence requirements, remedy and freight allocation must be agreed in the order terms.
Do you work only with certain countries?
